My sleep classes are designed to support parents through the most common sleep challenges of early parenthood – night wakings, tricky naps & routines and newborn sleep. With a gentle, responsive approach, I’ll guide you through practical strategies to understand your baby’s needs, create nurturing routines, and feel more confident about supporting healthy sleep without leaving your little one to cry it out. These sessions are calm, reassuring, and filled with evidence-based tips to help your whole family rest easier. Sleep classes take place online and across London.
