About Little Nurture Academy
I’m Natalie — a mum of three, doula, gentle baby sleep consultant and baby massage instructor for the last 16 years. I’ve supported thousands of families through pregnancy, birth, and those precious (and sometimes exhausting) first months.
My passion has always been helping mums feel confident, calm, and supported — whether that’s through building their confidence with their baby, improving their baby’s sleep, teaching the power of touch through massage, or guiding them to build their own baby businesses.
I created Little Nurture Academy to bring together my support for mums and to empower mum's who dream of working with families with their own baby business.
