DOULA

Hi, I'm Natalie a Doula with 16 years of experience as a birth and postnatal doula and a Mum of 3 too.

I am dedicated to supporting mum and dads with during one of the special but also sometimes scary times in their lives.

My passion lies in providing support, non judgmental care, education and guidance to help you navigate the journey of birth and during the first year with your baby.

I will support and guide you, gently building your confidence and as you welcome your new baby and step into motherhood.

How I can support you as your Doula

BIRTH

I provide caring & nurturing support to empower you during your labour and birth experience. From antenatal education including hypnobirthing to encouragement, advocacy and hands-on assistance during your labour, I'm there to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way during your birth. POSTNATAL

I also offer postnatal support, from birth until your baby reaches their first birthday. Guiding you through post birth recovery and helping you adjust to your new role as a mum, I will create a nurturing environment for both you and your little one.
