Tweeny is the 2nd stage of NURTURED courses, for babies 4 - 7 months, which blends baby massage with postnatal yoga Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn how connect & calm your baby using baby massage strokes including strokes to help with wind, colic & teething and you’ll reconnect with your body through postnatal yoga *No yoga or exercise experience needed What you’ll learn : •Baby massage strokes to ease colic & teething pain • Postnatal yoga poses to reconnect with your body after birth Course includes weekly handouts, massage oil & postnatal yoga handouts
